I believe 4600 characters are max for Blogger... :)

"Letters to the Editor" are so much funnier (easier) to write than are actual articles/stories. ;-)

Remember that fireside game they played in Out of Africa -- where one uttered a random sentence and the other would spin forth a tale from it?

Well, I'll prepare (and post) an opening paragraph at my "Diary of a Steppenwolf" soon... I'll await your comment (for you only) and reply with ongoing weirdness -- cool?

I'll also limit any further comments to twitter-ish length (and try harder to stay on point of your point).

That is all! :)V.L. If not, you should start one!Kara Holdenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02546404485329277556noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5951759449714755443.post-83252785184508541692011-03-11T11:32:00.788-08:002011-03-11T11:32:00.788-08:00And speaking of "FLOODED!"....
Some H&#...And speaking of "FLOODED!"....

Some H'wood type tweeted: "I can't believe this is happening in Japan. I feel sick."

I ask: "Why?" (mostly to the first sentence)

The only unnatural thing about that (or any) tsunami is all the man made crap they destroy. Nature, is reeeeally good at doing that (even/especially to her own creations).

She, in all her beauty, majesty and mystery, is an amoral, nonjudgmental, violent, malicious-less, stone-cold killer.

Fact: By the time our species hit the playground, the Head Mistress had annihilated 99% of all living things that had preceded our "save the planet" sorry asses.

Spring is about to be sprung... And I, for one, love its kaleidoscopic pageantry of life renewal. I also dig the onslaught of all those stingy bees, wasps and rattlesnakes that accompany those wondrous little humming birds all slipping outta Winter's chilly embrace (fyi: Winter, being my fave season).

Anyway... lemonade made from cherries-and-chocolate aint nearly so refreshing as the real deal is. And fire that does not burn offers no heat.

In short: It is what it is... just be thankful ya got to play along. :)V.L.
